Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website operated by Any Occasion TW Ltd. Any Occasion Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under number 6316493 whose registered office is 1 Nevill Street, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 5RU.

The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Any Occasion TW Ltd for the sale and purchase items for sale on the website (the ‘goods’) contained in your basket. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

3. Acceptance of terms and conditions

By ordering goods you accept these terms and conditions. A legally binding contact between you and us will apply when we send you an email confirming we have dispatched the goods you have ordered. In the event of any change of price or expected delivery date (delivery date is subject to a 14 working day margin) we shall inform you and you shall have the right to either accept or reject such change. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

 

4. Order confirmation

When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming which will include details of goods ordered, VAT, postage and packaging costs and a shipment tracking reference if relevant.

 

5. Liability

All descriptions, colours and sizing of the goods on this website are those of the manufacturers and are only as a general guide. For the avoidance of doubt we accept no responsibility arising out of or in connection with viewing, use or performance of our website or its content whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other fault whether on the part of Any Occasion TW Ltd or our servants, agents or any other person or entity.

 

6. Prices

6.1 Prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£). The prices listed on the website are the current prices at the time of your order and we reserve the right to change prices on the website from time to time. Prices include VAT which will be displayed separately at the checkout. Please note online pricing is merely a guide and may differ for instore purchases.

6.2 Delivery charges will be applied on an item by item basis and displayed at the checkout. There is a minimum delivery charge of £4.75 to mainland UK. European Community countries outside the UK and offshore UK customers should refer to our pricing table. For the avoidance of doubt, all delivery charges and VAT will be displayed at the checkout.

 

7. Cancellation of Special Order Items & Stock items

7.1 In the event of cancellation of a special order product monies paid are non refundable and non-transferable.

7.2 Should an order be cancelled after the goods have been placed in production by the designer the balance must be settled and all goods collected/delivered.

7.3 Items purchased from stock through the website are subject to a 7 day refund or exchange policy. Refunds will only be made if received back into store within the 7 days refund period from receipt of goods.

7.4 Goods must be returned to Any Occasion with all tickets and labels intact and in the condition in which they left the premises or will not be considered for a refund.

7.5 The customer will be liable for any delivery/return shipping postage.

 

8. Fittings and Measurements

8.1 A standard size (12,14,16 etc) will be ordered according to the individual designer measurement chart in relation to the customers measurements given at the time of order. These may differ from standard UK sizing and may not bear relevance to standard high street sizing.

8.2 Any Occasion cannot be held be responsible for the inaccuracy of supplied measurements. For guidance on how to supply measurements please refer to our measurement guide.

8.3 After the date of order no responsibility can be accepted by Any Occasion for any changes to the customers body shape, size or height.

8.4 Special measurements, lengths, design changes and some plus sizes (size 20 plus) may incur additional charges carried forward from the supplier to the customer.

8.5 The price of the garment excludes any cost for additional alterations, either carried out by Any Occasion on the customer’s behalf or on a private basis.

 

9. Fabrics

9.1 Silk is a natural fabric and the weaving of the fabric may, therefore, contain minor variations and irregularities that are characteristic of Thai and Dupion silk. This is a natural effect and should be in no way be construed as defective nor should Any Occasion be held at fault.
